Returns Policy

RETURNS
Our returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we are unable to provide a refund, exchange, or credit voucher for your order. Please note that purchases marked as “Clearance” are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for these items, so we encourage customers to choose carefully.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Valid for 30 days from the purchase date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included (this applies to the shoe box as well). The shoe box should not be used as external shipping packaging. For international orders, only defective products are eligible for return. Please contact our team to arrange this if you’ve received a faulty item. Exchanges are also available for defective products.

RETURNS PROCESS

  1. Contact our customer support team at [email protected] to lodge a return.
  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the warehouse address for sending your items back.
  3. Include a copy of your original purchase order form showing your order number, name, and postal address.
  4. Without this, your return or exchange may be delayed.
  5. You’ll receive an email notification once your items are received.
  6. After processing, a gift or credit voucher (valid for 12 months) will be issued and can be used for your next purchase.
  7. Refunds are considered only under special circumstances and must be requested through our support team for review.
  8. Store credits are preferred and can be processed quickly once your return is approved.

SHIPPING COSTS ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items to our warehouse, as well as a restocking/handling fee of $10 per item. The restocking fee is capped at $25 for three or more items. For example, if four items are returned, the maximum restocking charge will remain $25 (plus applicable shipping fees). For exchanges due to change of mind, customers must cover the cost of both returning the original item and shipping the replacement item. We recommend using a reliable courier or postal service that offers tracking to avoid complications.

RETURN TO SENDER
In some cases, an order may be returned to us if it remains uncollected at a postal facility. Should this occur, the customer will be responsible for any postage charges incurred in returning the order.
