Where is my order dispatched from?
All orders are shipped directly from our Australian warehouse (Sydney, New South Wales) to ensure fast delivery and reliable service.
How long does delivery take?
Shipping within Australia generally takes 5 to 8 business days for standard delivery after dispatch, although timeframes may vary depending on your location. Express delivery is typically completed within 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.
How much are shipping costs?
Shipping within Australia is free for orders over $100. Standard shipping is $10, and express shipping is $15.
International shipping is available at a flat rate of $17 AUD and typically takes 5–12 business days for delivery.
Orders over AUD $400 (or the same value in your currency) qualify for free shipping to New Zealand and international destinations.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on your destination. Please note that customs fees or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. If there is a change of mind on any international orders, we will assess requests on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the product, store credit is encouraged. Refunds may be issued for the cost of the original item only. Please note that the original shipping cost will not be reimbursed.
Return to sender
In some instances, items may be returned to us if the order remains at a postal facility for too long. Once the item is returned, the customer will be responsible for the postage costs incurred.
How long before my order is dispatched?
Please allow 24–48 hours for your order to be picked, packed, and dispatched with our courier. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm.
What shipping company do you use?
We use several courier services, including Australia Post, CouriersPlease, and Fastway, as well as other trusted companies that may deliver goods faster for our customers’ benefit.
How do I find out my order number?
Once you complete your purchase, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order number. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s still missing, contact us for assistance.
I made an error with my order — can I change it?
If you’ve made a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately at info@uclassic.com.au. If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to update it.
Can I track my order?
Yes, all deliveries can be tracked online through the relevant postal carrier’s website. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched from our head office.
Please note that international orders may become untrackable once they leave Australia, depending on the receiving postal service and the destination country. If an issue arises, please contact the postal company your package was originally sent with and provide your tracking number.
What happens if my order is lost in transit?
In the rare event that your order goes missing, please contact us at info@uclassic.com.au. We’ll work with the courier to investigate and lodge a claim on your behalf to provide the best possible resolution.
